Candidate must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, or any examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.

Candidate must have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute and 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing respectively.

CCC certificate in computer operation granted by DOEACC Society or any certificate equivalent thereto granted by any institution recognized by the Government.

Hindi Comprehension and Writing Ability
Questions will be asked from the candidates to test their knowledge of Hindi language and their comprehension and writing ability. (This question paper will be of the level of High School Examination of the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh).
General Intelligence Test
The purpose of this test is to measure the ability to understand a new situation, analyze and identify its various elements and reasoning. This test will consist of questions which will be based on intellectual activities like understanding instructions, finding out relations, similarities and analogies, drawing conclusions and so on.
General Knowledge
This part of the question paper is to assess the general knowledge of the candidates about their surroundings and their ability to use them in society. Such questions will also be placed in this test, which can be used to assess the knowledge of such contemporary events and facts that are visible and experienced every day, which may include historical and geographical facts (especially related to India) and their scientific aspects, which may have any can be expected from an educated person.
Knowledge related to establishment and industrial development
This part of the question paper asked the candidates about environment, pollution control, UP industrial investment and employment promotion policy, infrastructure of industrial development authorities and related information, general knowledge of business studies (shares, partnership, debentures, public private Partnership, M.O.U., Joint Ventures etc.).
