SBI PO Salary 2025

SBI PO will get a Salary every month. SBI has set the amount of the salary for the Employees. Furthermore, the apprentices are eligible for any other allowances/ benefits apart from the salary. They will get DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributed Pension Fund i.e., NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, Lease rental facility, etc., and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time. Moreover, the basic pay for a PO position is Rs 41,960/-. The increments will be 41960-980 (7) – 48820 – 1145 (2) – 51110 – 1310 (7) – 60280/-. SBI PO Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern

To prepare for any examination, the candidate must have complete knowledge of that particular exam. Similarly, to prepare for the SBI PO Exam 2025, one should know its Exam Pattern. The structure of the online written examination would be as follows-

The SBI Preliminary Examination consisting of an objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online. Furthermore, the test will have 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

• Note: 1/4th mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
• Selection criteria for the Main Examination: Category-wise merit list will be drawn based on the aggregate marks scored in the Preliminary Examination. However, there will be no sectional cut-off. Hence, candidates numbering 10 times (approx.) the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for the Main Examination from the top of the above merit list.

SBI PO Exam 2025 Mains Exam Pattern

The main examination will be held online and will consist of 200-mark Objective Tests and a 50-point Descriptive Test. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately following the Objective Test, and candidates will be required to type their answers on the computer.

• Selection criteria for Phase III: A category-wise merit list will be created based on the total number of marks secured in Phase II (Main Exam). Additionally, there will be no sectional severance.
• At last, candidates from the top of the category-wise merit list, numbering up to three times (approx.) the number of vacancies, will be shortlisted for Phase III, subject to a candidate scoring the minimum aggregate qualifying score, as determined by the Bank.

SBI PO Recruitment 2024 2025 Group Discussion & Interview

Psychometric Test: The Bank may conduct a Psychometric test for personality profiling, of those candidates who will be shortlisted for Phase III. The findings of the test may be placed before the Interview panel to have a thorough perspective on the candidates.

Phase III of SBI PO consists of two tests which are given in the table below:

SBI PO Recruitment 2024 2025 Final Selection

Candidates must qualify in both Phase II and Phase III separately. For preparing the final merit list, the marks obtained in the Main Examination (Phase II), both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Phase III. The bank will not add the Preliminary Examination (Phase I) marks when preparing the final merit list for selection.

The marks obtained by the candidates in Phase II (Main Examination both Objective & Descriptive Tests) and Phase III (Group Exercise & Interview) will be normalized to 100 marks as detailed below.
