Eligibility Criteria
For being eligible for the post of High Court Assistant (Group-B) in Patna High Court, a candidate must possess the following qualifications-
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, and;
- Diploma/Certificate of at least six month’s course in Computer Application from a recognized institution.

Court, the age limits (as on 01.01.2023) required for the post of Assistant
(Group-B) are as follows-

2) Maximum Age: 37 years
Relaxation in upper age limit for the

Selection Process
Selection of candidates for Assistant
Post ( Group B) in Patna High Court will be made on the basis of marks secured by the
candidate in written test & interview. The minimum qualifying marks for objective type and written test are 40 marks, respectively, and 3 marks for interview. Accordingly, a selection list as well
as a waiting list shall be prepared.
Exam Pattern
The Assistant Recruitment ( Group B) Examination,
2023 of Patna High Court will be conducted in four stages i.e.
Preliminary Test (Objective Type), Written Test (Descriptive Type), Computer
Proficiency Test and Interview. The Syllabus of Examination shall be as follows-
1)Preliminary Test (Objective Type): 100 Marks- 2 Hours

Pay Scale
The Scale of Pay
of the candidates selected as High Court Assistant (Group-B) in the Patna High Court will be ₹ 44,900 – ₹ 1,
