Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns

Products, once bought, cannot be returned. If a product is damaged, do contact us within 4 days from receiving the product with details and photographs of the damaged book/s so our team can review and respond to you accordingly.

Exchanges

We do not accommodate exchanges of products.

Refunds

For damaged books, or orders placed on out-of-stock products, we will refund the amount to you (in full or in part, on the basis of the situation) in the form of a gift voucher, that will be redeemable on our website and in-store.
