Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
At AGRAWAL EXAMCART, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policies below regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
For Physical Products:
1. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and binding. Cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted after the product has been dispatched. However, if you wish to cancel or modify your order before dispatch, you may submit a request via our official WhatsApp helpline at +91 8937099777 for consideration.
We process and dispatch all orders between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
2. Return Policy
All sales are final, and returns are not permitted. However, if you receive a product in a damaged condition, please notify us within four (4) days of delivery. The complaint must include detailed information and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s). Upon verification, our team will assess the issue and respond accordingly.
Important: Please make an unboxing video of your order as proof of the product’s condition upon delivery. Additionally, do not accept the package if it appears to be damaged at the time of delivery.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for any products purchased through our platform or physical store. However, if you receive an order that contains incorrect books due to an error on our part, we will facilitate an exchange for the correct books.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- If a product is received in a damaged condition and the claim is submitted within the stipulated timeframe.
- If an order is placed for a product that is subsequently found to be out of stock.
Approved refunds will be processed in the form of a gift voucher, which can be redeemed for future purchases on our website or in-store. The refund amount may be full or partial, depending on the nature of the issue.
For E-books:
1. Cancellation Policy
Once an e-book order is placed and payment is successfully processed, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, making cancellations impractical.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, returns are not permitted for e-books. Once an e-book is downloaded or accessed, it is considered used, and no return requests will be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for e-books will only be provided in the following exceptional cases:
- If the e-book file is corrupt or unreadable, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
- If an incorrect e-book is delivered due to an error in processing the order.
- If an order is placed for an e-book that is subsequently found to be unavailable.
In approved cases, refunds will be processed in the form of a gift voucher that can be redeemed for future purchases on our platform.
