Shipping policy
Once a customer places the order, the order is sent for fulfillment within 24 working hours after the telephonic order confirmation. When the order is handed over to the courier, we are not able to accommodate any changes in delivery. You will receive tracking details as soon as the order is shipped. You can also login to your account on the website to check complete information related to your order. Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions with shipping.
We ship books using a host of courier partners (Expressbees, Indian post, DTDC and EcomExpress) based on your location. At checkout, you’ll be able to see how much it costs to ship to where you are. The delivery SLA ranges from 72 hours to 7 days based on different shipping zones. It is also defined for the first attempt for the delivery of parcels.
We do our best to pack books carefully to avoid damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during shipping by the courier or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an order is returned to us as a result of a wrong address, or if the courier is unable to contact the customer, shipping charges will need to be paid again for the order to be resent.
