NTA JIPMAT 2023 | Notification

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the JIPMAT exam 2023 on May 28. The registrations for NTA JIPMAT 2023 exam started from 6th April on the official website - jipmat.nta.ac.in. Along with the registration, NTA has also released exam details for JIPMAT 2023. Eligible candidates can submit the application form for JIPMAT 2023 till 30th April by paying the online application fee. In this blog, we will discuss everything a candidate needs to know about NTA JIPMAT 2023.

NTA JIPMAT 2023 | Overview

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) for admission into the 5-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The NTA JIPMAT 2023 is a computer-based test that is conducted once a year, and the registration process for JIPMAT 2023 started from 6th April 2023.

NTA JIPMAT 2023 | Application Fee

Candidates are required to apply for NTA JIPMAT-2023 through the online mode only, and any other mode of application will not be accepted. Additionally, a candidate is permitted to submit only one application form, and submitting multiple application forms is strictly prohibited and will not be accepted under any circumstances.

NTA JIPMAT 2023 | Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for JIPMAT 2023, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria set by the NTA. The eligibility criteria for JIPMAT 2023 are as follows:
  • The candidate must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
  • The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) in the qualifying examination.
  • The age limit for JIPMAT 2023 is 20 years as on July 1, 2023.

NTA JIPMAT 2023 | Admission Process

To be considered for admission into the 5-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu based on JIPMAT scores, candidates must follow the steps listed below:
  • Fill out the JIPMAT application form.
  • Download the JIPMAT admit card.
  • Appear for the JIPMAT exam.
  • Check the declaration of JIPMAT results.
  • Check the release of JIPMAT cutoff scores.
  • Complete the admission process for IIM Jammu/IIM Bodh Gaya.

NTA JIPMAT 2023 | Exam Pattern

The NTA JIPMAT 2023 exam will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension.  Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks, and there will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
