Rajasthan SI Selection Process 2025

Rajasthan Police sub-inspector are selected as per the specified selection process. Candidates need to clear each stage to be eligible for Rajasthan Police Sub Inspector (SI). Rajasthan Police SI selection process consists of 4 stages:

1. Written Test
2. Physical Test
3. Aptitude Test and Interview
4. Medical Test

Rajasthan SI Written Test

This is the first stage of the selection process for Rajasthan Police SI. Check out the Rajasthan Police SI Exam Pattern and Rajasthan Police SI Syllabus. There will be a negative marking of 1/3 marks and the maximum marks will be 400. The exam is bilingual.

Qualifying marks for Rajasthan SI Written-test

The qualifying marks in RPSC SI Written test is as follows:

• You should obtain 36% in each paper and 40% in aggregate to pass the written exam of Rajasthan police SI.
• A relaxation of 5 marks is applicable for the SC/ST candidates in each paper and in aggregate.

Rajasthan SI Physical Efficiency Test

The candidates who will qualify for the Rajasthan SI written exam will be called to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test.

• Total marks for the PET exam are 100 marks
• At least 50% marks are required to qualify for the PET.

Rajasthan SI Aptitude Test and Interview

The candidates who will qualify for the Rajasthan SI written exam will be called to appear for the SI Aptitude test and interview.

• The SI Aptitude Test is 50 marks.
• RPSC will judge your personality, address, tact, behavior, and leadership skills, through the aptitude test and the interview.
• It will also test your knowledge of the Rajasthani culture.
• If you hold a Degree or Diploma in criminology or N.C.C. “C” Certificate or who have offered Police Administration as one of the papers for the degree examination may be given more attention.
