The Application fee for Rajasthan SET is given below category wise:
  • General/ SBC/OBC (Creamy Layer) of Rajasthan & Other States - Rs. 1500.
  • EWS/ SBC/ OBC (Non Creamy Layer) of Rajasthan State- Rs 1200.

Rajasthan SET Age Limit

There is no maximum age for applicants to the Rajasthan SET exam.

Rajasthan SET Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have obtained at least a 55 percent marks in their Master's degree programme or an equivalent examination from a university or other organisation recognised by the UGC in the fields of social sciences, computer science and application, earth science, population studies, education, and humanities (including languages).
  • Candidates who have taken the qualifying Master's degree (final) examination or who will take it soon and whose results are pending are also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who have had their qualifying exams postponed may also apply for this Test. However, these applicants will only be admitted provisionally and won't be qualified for lectureships until they have successfully completed their Master's degree programme or an equivalent exam with at least 55% (or 50% in the case of SC/ST/PH category students) of the total possible points. These candidates must successfully finish their P.G. degree examination within two years of the SET result date with the required percentage of marks; otherwise, they will be considered ineligible.

Rajasthan SET Selection Process 2026
