Salary
The salary and pay scale for the IB Recruitment post is given as follows:

Security/Assistant/Executive
- Level-3 (Rs. 21700-69100) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances
-
MTS/Gen
- Level-1 (Rs. 18000-56900) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.
Note:
- Special Security Allowance @ 20% of basic pay in addition to other Govt. allowances.
- Cash compensation in lieu of duty performed on holidays is subject to a ceiling of 30 days.
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and
- Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which the candidate has applied.
- Knowledge of any one of the local languages/dialects mentioned in Table ‘A’ above
against each SIB
Age Limit
- Security/Assistant/Executive: Not exceeding 27 years as on 25.11.22
- MTS/Gen: 18-25 years as on 25.11.22

Note: The Tier-II exam is qualifying in nature. The qualifying marks in Tier II are 20 out of 50 for SA/Exe and 16 out of 40 for MTS/Gen.

- Step 7: Pay the Application Fee
- Step 8: Once Registration is completed, download the application for future reference.
