DSSSB TGT Vacancy 2025-2026 Eligibility Criteria
The DSSSB Eligibility Criteria for DSSSB TGT Recruitment require candidates to possess a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. The eligibility criteria for DSSSB TGT 2026 are given below.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have completed their Graduation Degree (Honors/Pass) with at least 45% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and aggregate.
- Provided further that the requirement of a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate at graduation level shall be relaxable in case of-
a. Candidates who possess a Post Graduate Qualification in Mathematics.
b. Belonging to SC/ST
c. Physically handicapped category - B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university
- Passed CTET Paper II
- Working knowledge of the Hindi language at least up to a Secondary Level or equivalent.
Age Limit
To be eligible to apply online for DSSSB Recruitment 2025, candidates must be at least 18 years old, with an upper age limit of 32 years. Age relaxation for candidates from reserved categories will be granted according to government regulations.

DSSSB TGT Exam Pattern 2025-2026
The DSSSB Trained Graduate Teachers exam is a computer-based test worth 200 marks, with different sections, including one for the subject applied for. Understanding the exam pattern will help candidates prepare better and achieve better results
- The questions in the examination will be bilingual (Hindi & English) except for the Language papers.
- There will be a total of 200 objective-type/multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- Candidates will be rewarded 1 mark for every correct answer in CBE.
- 1/4th mark will be deducted for marking the wrong answer.
- Candidates will be allotted 2 hours (120 minutes) to complete this exam.

Candidates must achieve a minimum score to qualify for the DSSSB TGT exam 2026. The minimum qualifying marks for the written (Objective) exam are set according to each category.
