What is Hotel Management or NCHMCT?
NTA (National Testing Agency) conducts the National Council for Hotel Management is Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam (NCHMCT JEE) annually. It is a national level hospitality entrance exam that will help you to get admission in BSc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration). Moreover, NCHMCT with the association of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers 3 years BSc (HHA) course. However, the NCHM JEE score is applicable in all the participating Institutes for admission to the BSc (HHA) courses.
Furthermore, around 21 central IHMs, 25 state IHMs, approx. 1 PSU IHM, and 27 Private IHMs are there which are affiliated to NCHMCT. All these institutions also offer BSc (HHA) courses and give admission to candidates on the basis of NCHMCT JEE.
Hotel Management Exam Pattern
- The medium of Question Paper will be in English and Hindi only.
- Questions in the paper carries 04 marks each.
- Therefore, on each correct answer, candidate will get 04 marks.
- Whereas, on each incorrect answer, 01 mark will be deducted from the total score.
- Lastly candidates who will not attend any answer, will be given 0 mark for that question.
