MP Police SI 2023 Selection Process
The selection process for the position of Sub Inspector consists of three stages. To be considered for the position, all of them must be qualified.
Stage 1- Written Test
The written test consists of objective-based questions covering both technical and non-technical disciplines. The written exam will consist of two papers. Paper 1 will include disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, and Maths for applicants applying for Technical positions. Paper 2 will include subjects such as English, Hindi, and General Knowledge, which will be attempted by applicants for both Technical and Non-Technical positions.
Stage 2- Physical Measurement Test
Candidates who pass the first stage of the MP Police SI selection procedure will be invited to take the physical measurement exam. Document verification will take place in this round. They will be evaluated for health and to see if they meet the physical standards for the position of Sub Inspector.
Stage 3- Physical Proficiency Exam
Candidates will next be invited in for a physical proficiency test. They will be given specific duties to complete. Those who complete all of the challenges will be invited to an interview round.
Stage 4- Interview
Candidates who pass all three rounds will be invited to the interview phase. The Police Department will organise it, and the interview will be conducted by a selection committee selected by the State Government. This round will be worth 10 points.
