NSSNET 2027 NTA Eligibility

• Age of the candidate should be between 10 and 12 years as on March 2027 for admission to Class VI, for admission to the academic year 2027-28.
• For admission to Class VII, the age of the candidate should be between 11 and 13 years for admission to the academic year 2027-28
• The applicant should have passed or be appearing in the Class V & VI examinations as respectively, from a recognized School.

For Class – VI

• Exam Mode: Pen and Paper
• Questions Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
• Negative Marking: There is no negative mark for a wrong response.

For Class – VII

• Exam Mode: Pen and Paper
• Questions Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
• Negative Marking: There is no negative mark for a wrong response.

NSSNET 2027 NTA Passing Marks for Admission

• A candidate is eligible for admission to the Navyug School Sarojini Nagar, if he/she secures a minimum of 65% i.e. 78 marks in the aggregate with the condition that the candidate should obtain at least 50% marks in each subject in NSSNET 2027.
• However, the condition of minimum marks can be reviewed by NSES if a need so arises. Admission will be based on the marks obtained in NSSNET, medical fitness, and verification of requisite documents.

• Basic numerical concepts and operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Fractions and decimals.
• Geometry fundamentals include basic shapes, angles, perimeter, and area.

• Basic grammar includes nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, prepositions, and articles.
• Understanding of seen and unseen passages.
• Vocabulary includes opposites, gender, and numbers.
• Simple writing formats (for example, writing a letter to a friend or submitting an application to the principal).

3. Science.

• Food, nutrition, and wellness.
• Animals, plants, and fundamental environmental concerns (pollution, conservation).
• Natural disasters and everyday scientific applications.

4. General Awareness.

• Indian symbols, national emblems, and prominent states.
• Historical landmarks, famous authors, and well-known personalities.
• General knowledge of major global organizations
